The meetings were conducted with very professional and experienced clinicians. They were extremely kind and compassionate and understanding and helpful in my care plan. The admin staff is excellent too. Thankyou all for an outstanding service.

A very kind nurse helped me find the relevant unit. The department team were all very kind and efficient. The nurse who did my proceedure was outstanding. Kind very professional and my proceedure was done with comfortable ease. She was very reassuring and put me at my ease. Everyone was very kind and professional.

Excellent professional service all round. The nurse who helped me find the unit....the team in the department.....the nurse who did my proceedure were all outstanding and made my visit to hospital alot more comfortable and reassuring. Thankyou all so much.

Because I don’t believe I was listening to I tried to explain I’ve been on a medication for a long time and I don’t believe it’s working and I need a stronger does but felt as I wasn’t listened to

I felt as if the dr thought I was lazy, when I find it very difficult to socialise with people, & have recurrent depression & thoughts of my health that overwhelm me, i isolate myself at home & find it very difficult to get out of the house, the whole time I was there I was very anxious & panicky, I suffer with intrusive thoughts of death
